Our apps and our website can be used to share information about you, at your choosing, with VIVARRA Interactive Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "VIVARRA"). This Privacy Statement applies to information collected and used by VIVARRA.
We specialize in Augmented Reality applications, hereinafter referred to as “AR.”
When you use our apps, websites, APIs, tools and any other services we may make available, you will share some information with us. When we talk about our “apps" or "service", we mean all the websites, APIs, tools and other services.
This policy is designed to explain to you what information about you VIVARRA collects in providing service, how that information is used and shared and how you can control what happens with that information.

We also use third-party tools to record some of the visits to our website. The anonymous data collected includes information about mouse movements, scrolling, clicks and keystrokes and is transmitted to the third party service provider. When you use our apps or visit our website, we may receive personal information about you which you choose to give us. For example, when you request more information or ask us a question, we ask for your basic contact information: name, phone number, email address and, in the case of requesting a product sample or placing an order, mailing address.
The information that you choose to submit is transmitted to a third-party CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system where it is then saved to a database. The CRM enables us to use this information to respond appropriately to your questions, provide you with requested marketing materials, process your orders, streamline our marketing efforts, and ensure you have the best possible experience as a potential or existing customer of VIVARRA. We also use these forms to build our email marketing lists and your email may be added to these lists depending on your opt-in/out choices and your country of residence. All our email campaigns include simple-to-use unsubscribe links that enable you to opt-out of any and/or all future email communications. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate, complete, and current, but we do rely on you to inform us of any changes to your personal information.

VIVARRA specializes in developing applications and content for kids. As such, we recognize that children under the age of 13 are likely to interact with our technologies. We do not make it a practice of collecting personal information from anyone under the age of 13 and take the following steps to minimize the information that can be provided in our mobile apps when kids are likely users:
